Terms and Conditions:

1. Update and Task:
After confirmation and listed task on approval be considered as the task for packages bases on days or weeks wise. New changes or Tasks both parties have to approve. So no effect on workflow occurs. New changes be considered as new tasks and can schedule on bases on priority.
 
2. Communication and Updates:
To ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project, we will schedule regular progress meetings or calls. These updates will allow us to discuss any changes, provide feedback, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
 
3. Changes on current update:
Mirror changes be updated soon after feedback. New changes/tasks consider new work and timelines be extended based on updates.
 
4. Payment and Workflow:
Based on Per Day or Weekly task payment being considered at AVIJOVO, no end-of-month payment included. Project per day or weekly project register amount have to pay before the project start, these will consider approved of project to start. On delivered per Day task same EOD and For Weekly End of last weekday payment has to be complete.
 
5. Work and Update not working:
After delivering work, changes, or effects on updates AVIJOVO team will be updated and taken as a priority. New tasks be considered if a third party or other developer/team has work or changes have been done.
 
6. On Deliver and Approval:
An owner should take responsibility before approval, Both parties will check and update on the bases of feedback changes done before delivery.
 
7. Project Management: Organize Tasks Day/ Week-wise for Efficient Progress:
we recognize that each project is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to project management. That’s why we provide the flexibility to choose between day-wise or week-wise project management based on your project’s specific requirements and complexity. Additionally, our intuitive project management tools empower you with the ability to switch between approaches seamlessly, adapting to evolving project needs and payment to be done based on Day and Week EOD.
 
8. Refund Project Register Amount:
we value your satisfaction and aim to provide exceptional service at all times. Our first 2 days on project start, refund policy is designed to protect your interests and ensure a fair resolution in case of any dissatisfaction from starting project Date. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and professionally, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Single day task or project not included for refund.
